First card in ages...

Hi,

I desperately need to get into the card making again.I feel so rusty.Had to make this today and should have done a few more as I have a few birthday's all next week!EEK!!

I was trying out the resist technique but not sure it really worked well.Think I need to practise!Siobhan from Stampaholics makes it look so easy!I sure miss her workshops!Anyway it will do for starters and sorry to my niece who is getting the practise card!

Galactic Bracelet.

Made this a wee while ago.Saw this done in a different colour so tried another combination of colours.

I love it ,looks so classy.Done in Swarovski Galactic and Round crystals.

Something Knitted...

I've actually completed something I've knitted.Got a few things on the pins and never seem to complete them.

This is a little neck scarf using Lang Astrakan yarn.It's lovely and cosy.I can't take credit in the pattern as I pinched it from a customer who was playing .I made mine slightly wider and have given it a button hole rather than a loop so maybe it is different and I can take some credit...lol.Can't wait to try it out.I'm always freezing.

Hope you like it.I made wrist warmers too but need to sew them up.Typical! xx

Couple of quick birthday cards...

Needed these in a hurry.Really easy and quick to do so what a relief!As usual I can never find the right bits and bobs but maybe one day I will be organised with my craft stuff.

I never seem to be able to keep this blog up to date.

Been making some jewellery as usual but I really must get back into the cardmaking.That's been neglected for quite a while.

Anyway hope you like the bits I've made.Some are from kits.The Swarovski one was a kit but I joogled it about a little so it wasn't totally the same.

This one is for my Nephew and his future wife as they are getting married in a couple of weeks.So hope they like it.Wanted it different from the last wedding one I did.It's a liitle bit busier .

A Present...

Hi,

Made this mirror for my Brother and his wife for their 25th wedding anniversary.Made my first one at a Stampaholics workshop and have made a few since then..all different themes to much of the recipient's delight so well chuffed they like them..phew!!
